Referral Program
At Healing Insightfully, we believe that word of mouth is one of the most effective ways to reach new people and spread the benefits of Reiki. If you have benefitted from our services, one of the most meaningful ways you can compliment us is by referring your friends and coworkers to our practice.
As a token of our appreciation, we are pleased to offer a referral program that rewards our existing clients for referring new clients to us.
Policy Details:
- For every new client (not a part of the household) referred to our practice by an existing client, the referring client will receive one free half-hour Reiki appointment.
- To qualify for the referral reward, the new client must mention the name of the referring client in the client intake form when booking their first appointment.
- The reward will be given to the referring client once the new client has completed their first appointment with us.
- The referral reward cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals that an existing client can make. The existing client will receive one free half-hour appointment for each qualifying referral.
Communication:
We will keep track of the referrals and contact you about your gift.
Tracking and Verification:
We will track referrals through the client intake form that new clients will fill out when they book their appointment. The form will include a field for the new client to enter the name of the referring client. We will verify that the referral meets the conditions of the policy, such as attending their appointment, before awarding the reward.
