Each session is guided based on what you’re seeking support with — whether that’s deep rest and relaxation, or exploring somatic tools and nervous system patterns more directly.
Reiki may be used when helpful to support your system in settling, and somatic work is introduced when it feels most supportive for your process.
You don’t need to decide in advance — we decide together at the beginning of your session.

These packages are designed for people who want ongoing support and deeper, more sustained nervous system change.
This work often unfolds gradually over time, and many people find that consistent sessions help them feel more grounded, emotionally regulated, and connected in daily life.
You have full flexibility to use your sessions for Reiki, somatic work, or a combination of both depending on what you need at each session.
