Recently I was fortunate to experience an amazing Reiki session with Srashti. I found her to be a compassionate, kind and naturally gifted healer. She emits strong beautiful refreshing energy which you can feel through the warmth of her hands as she moves over your body. I went to her primarily because my mind kept racing which was interfering with my ability to sleep properly and concentrate on issues. I knew I must have had an energy blockage of some sort or misalignment of chakras . In addition I was recovering from a knee injury which was stagnant. Following my session with Srashti not only did my knee feel better but most importantly my mind wasn’t racing any more. I felt renewed and refreshed and a release to my blockage. This recovery has carried through for many days. I love the fact that I can have a session with her in person or remotely. I definitely will have additional sessions with Srashti and highly recommend her to others for all their energy needs.
